Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-06-12

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MSPS Booking platform at booking.msps.one and connected services, operated by REDLINE MANAGEMENT LTD ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

MSPS Booking is a multi-tenant software-as-a-service platform that lets businesses ("Tenants") publish a booking presence, manage appointments, staff, services, and guests, and accept online bookings. We provide the software; Tenants are responsible for the services they offer to their own customers.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into a contract and use the platform only for lawful purposes.

3. Tenant Responsibilities

As a Tenant, you are responsible for:

  • The accuracy of your services, prices, availability, and business information.
  • Lawfully handling your guests’ personal data, including providing your own privacy notice where required.
  • Honouring bookings made through the platform and managing cancellations and refunds with your customers.
  • Any content you publish (including landing pages) being lawful and not infringing third-party rights.

4. Plans, Paid Features and Billing

The platform offers free and paid plans and optional add-ons (for example, custom-domain mapping). Paid features are billed according to the plan or add-on you select. Fees are stated at the point of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time effective at the end of the current billing period.

5. Custom Domains

Where you enable a custom domain, you confirm that you own or are authorised to use that domain, and you authorise us to provision and renew TLS certificates for it. You are responsible for configuring the required DNS records. We may suspend a custom domain that is misconfigured, abused, or no longer verified.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive activity.
  • Upload malware, attempt to breach security, or access data you are not authorised to access.
  • Resell or misuse the platform, or publish content that is illegal, infringing, or offensive.
  • Interfere with the platform’s operation or other Tenants’ use of it.

7. Intellectual Property

The platform, its software, and branding are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of content you upload, and grant us a limited licence to host and display it solely to operate the service.

8. Availability and Support

We aim to keep the platform available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, update features, or modify the platform. We are not liable for issues caused by third-party providers, misconfiguration, or events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful use. You may stop using the platform and close your account at any time. On termination, data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion page.

10. Disclaimers and Liability

The platform is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence.

12. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms; material changes will be indicated by an updated date. For questions, contact [email protected].
