Data Deletion Request

You can ask MSPS Booking (REDLINE MANAGEMENT LTD) to delete your personal data. This page explains how, and what to expect.
1. How to Request Deletion
Choose the route that applies to you:
- Platform account (Tenant user or operator): email [email protected] from your account address with the subject "Data Deletion", or close your account from account settings.
- Guest of a business: contact the business you booked with directly (they are the data controller), or email [email protected] and we will forward the request to the relevant business.
2. What Gets Deleted
On a verified request we delete or irreversibly anonymise the personal data associated with your account or guest record, including profile details and booking history, except data we must keep for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention reasons.
3. Timeline
We acknowledge requests promptly and complete deletion within 30 days. Backups are purged on their normal rotation cycle. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
